Govinda Govinda(1994)
Govinda Govinda is a 1994 Indian Telugu-language supernatural heist film written and directed by Ram Gopal Varma. It stars Nagarjuna as Seenu, a taxi driver, and Sridevi as Naveena, a non-resident Indian. The story follows a heist to steal the sacred crown of Lord Venkateswara from the Tirumala Temple, orchestrated by an occultist named Stavros who seeks telekinesis. The film blends action, romance, and divine intervention, with a young boy revealed as the incarnation of Lord Venkateswara. It was produced by C. Aswani Dutt under Vyjayanthi Movies and features music by Raj–Koti. Despite being a commercial failure, the soundtrack was widely praised. The film was released on 21 January 1994 and later dubbed into Hindi as The Great Robbery.

Storyline

He teams up with a woman he loves and a mysterious young boy to chase the thieves to Bangkok. An occultist plans to use the crown for a dark ritual that could unleash supernatural evil.
