The story follows Madhava's journey as he fakes insanity to rescue Hema from a mental asylum after she loses her mind following her sister's death. The film explores themes of class division, sacrifice, and mental health. It was produced by Edida Nageswara Rao under Poornodaya Movie Creations. Storyline

A poor cowherd named Madhava secretly loves Hema, the daughter of a respected teacher. When Hema loses her mind after a family tragedy and is sent to a mental asylum, Madhava pretends to be insane to get admitted. Inside, he faces cruel guards and painful treatments to save the woman he loves.
