Trivia

  • The film was promoted as India's first detective film in the 3D format, though it did not become a major box office success.
  • Rajeev Khandelwal, who plays Samrat, performed many of his own stunts without a body double for authenticity.
  • Director Kaushik Ghatak previously worked as an assistant director on several Bengali films before making his Hindi debut with this movie.
  • The movie's plot draws inspiration from Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes stories, blending classic mystery elements with a modern Indian setting.
  • It was shot extensively in real heritage properties and gardens in Madhya Pradesh to create the eerie estate atmosphere.
  • The film's soundtrack includes a song composed by Raghav Sachar, who also contributed to the background score to enhance the suspense.
  • Despite being a thriller, the film incorporates romantic subplots, which was a deliberate attempt to appeal to a wider audience.
