Force is a 2011 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Nishikant Kamat. It stars John Abraham as ACP Yashvardhan Singh, alongside Genelia D'Souza, Vidyut Jammwal, Raj Babbar, and Mohnish Bahl. The story follows a cold-hearted NCB officer who kills a drug lord and faces brutal revenge from the lord's brother. The film is a remake of the Tamil film Kaakha Kaakha. It received positive reviews for its action sequences and performances. Vidyut Jammwal's debut as the villain was widely praised. The film performed above average at the box office, collecting ₹347.2 million in India. It was released on 30 September 2011.

Storyline
ACP Yashvardhan Singh is a stone-hearted NCB officer with no personal life. He falls in love with Maya, but refuses to marry her because he fears love is a weakness. After Yash kills a drug lord, the lord's brother Vishnu swears revenge. Vishnu murders Yash's friends and kidnaps Maya. Yash must now fight a monster who has nothing to lose.
