He rose to prominence with Yagnam (2004) starring Gopichand, and went on to direct Veerabhadra (2006), Aatadista (2008), Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham (2014), and Soukhyam (2015). He began his career as an assistant director on Amma Donga (1994) under director Sagar and later assisted Sreenu Vaitla on Neekosam, grounding his work in mainstream commercial Telugu filmmaking. He passed away on June 10, 2025, due to cardiac arrest, leaving behind a decade-long body of work spanning action and family drama genres.
