The film "Dahaad," led by Sonakshi Sinha, is set to release on this date

The release date for the thriller series \"Dahaad,\" starring Sonakshi Sinha and Vijay Varma, has been announced. Produced by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti, the show is set to premiere on Prime Video on May 12th.

On Instagram, the creators shared a poster for the series, featuring Sonakshi as the protagonist and Anjali Bhati, a police officer. Dahaad made history earlier this year as the first Indian series to debut at the prestigious Berlinale International Film Festival. The show is an eight-episode thriller directed by Reema Kagti and Ruchika Oberoi, with executive production from Ritesh Sidhwani, Zoya Akhtar, Farhan Akhtar, and Reema Kagti.
