Vishal next is Kathakali with Pandiraj

Director Pandiraj of Idhu Namma Aalu and Pasanga 2 fame has signed in with Vishal for the first time. Vishal’s Film Factory will bankroll the road action thriller that is given a traditional title as ‘Kathakali’. But there needs a confirmation from the makers as Kathakali is not a pure Tamil name and they may be levied with tax.

The shooting went on floors two months back in Chennai and 50% of the filming is completed. Vishal pairs with Catherine Tresa who has signed with big actors in the recent time. The favourite composer of Vishal, Hiphop Tamizha is the music director and Balasubramaniem is cranking the camera.

The actor has even shared the first look in his Twitter space on September 17 and the movie is slated to release on December 18.
