• Sree Vishnu was a debutant when Nara Rohit cast him in Baanam (2009). Rohit handpicked Vishnu for the role of the younger brother after seeing his raw energy in a short film — no auditions, just a gut call.
• In Prathinidhi (2014), Rohit played the intense, brooding lead while Vishnu played the comic-relief friend. Vishnu improvised most of his lines on set, and Rohit would deliberately break character to laugh — the director kept those takes because they felt real.
• During the shoot of Asura (2015), the two shared a hotel room for three weeks in Araku. They’d rehearse scenes at 2 AM after dinner, often rewriting dialogues on napkins. Neither of them slept more than four hours a night that schedule.
• Appatlo Okadundevadu (2016) was the first Telugu film to use a single-take flashback sequence lasting 12 minutes. Rohit and Vishnu rehearsed that scene for 18 days straight — no cuts, no body doubles. The technique later inspired a similar sequence in a 2018 web series.
• Sree Vishnu once said in a 2017 interview: 'Rohit doesn't just act with you — he fights the scene with you. After every shot in Asura, we'd sit in silence for a minute because we were both exhausted. That's how much he gives.'
• After Appatlo Okadundevadu (2016), the two stopped working together. No fallout — just different career paths. But they still text each other on every film release day. Vishnu once said Rohit was the first person to call him after his 2022 hit.
