• Brahmanandam was the one who suggested Raja for the lead role in 'O Chinnadana' (2002). The director was initially hesitant because Raja was relatively new, but Brahmanandam insisted he had the right comic timing for the part.
• In 'Vennela' (2005), Brahmanandam deliberately slowed down his delivery in every scene with Raja. He told the director that Raja's natural rhythm was faster, so he needed to leave pauses for Raja's reactions to land. That film became their highest-rated collaboration.
• During the shoot of 'Mogudu Pellam O Dongodu' (2005), Raja and Brahmanandam shared a room in a small lodge for three weeks. They would rehearse scenes at 2 AM after the day's shoot, rewriting dialogues on hotel napkins.
• The success of 'NTR Kathanayakudu' (2019) — their only hit together — directly led to Brahmanandam being cast in a major role in the biopic 'NTR: Mahanayakudu' the same year. Raja's performance in the first film convinced the producers to expand Brahmanandam's part in the sequel.

• In 'Mr. Medhavi' (2008), Brahmanandam improvised a 3-minute monologue about Raja's character's love life. Raja stayed in character and reacted with genuine confusion — none of it was scripted.
