• Sivakarthikeyan personally recommended Sri Divya to director Ponram for Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam (2013). He had seen her in a small Telugu film and pushed for her audition. That film put both of them on the map.
• In Kakki Sattai (2015), Sri Divya's character was written as a strong, no-nonsense journalist. Sivakarthikeyan later said she brought a natural seriousness to the role that made him work harder on his comic timing — she didn't laugh at his jokes on set, so he had to earn every laugh.
• During Remo (2016), Sri Divya was the only person on set who called Sivakarthikeyan by his real name, not his screen name. He said it kept him grounded during the chaotic shoot where he played a double role.
