• Vishnu once said in an interview: 'Brahmanandam garu is the only actor who can make me forget my lines because I'm laughing so hard. I've had to reshoot scenes because of him.'
• Brahmanandam was the one who suggested Vishnu for the lead role in their first film together, 'Vishnu' (2003). The director, Shaji Kailas, was new to Telugu and Brahmanandam vouched for Vishnu's potential.
• In 'Doosukeltha' (2013), Brahmanandam improvised an entire comedy track on set, and Vishnu rewrote his own lines around those improvisations to keep the rhythm alive. Vishnu later said he learned to trust spontaneity from watching Brahmanandam work.
• Vishnu personally drove Brahmanandam to the hospital in the middle of the night during the shoot of 'Suryam' (2004) when Brahmanandam had a sudden back spasm. They've called each other 'family' ever since.
• The success of 'Achari America Yaatra' (2018) — their only hit together — directly led to Vishnu producing a similar cross-cultural comedy, 'Maha' (2022), which also featured Brahmanandam in a key role.
