• Manchu Vishnu was the original choice for the lead in 'Vishnu' (2003), but the director, Shaji Kailas, insisted on casting Vishnu Manchu instead. Vishnu Manchu had to convince the producers to let his brother co-star alongside him, creating a rare sibling double-act.
• In 'Suryam' (2004), Vishnu Manchu played the intense, brooding elder brother while Manchu Vishnu played the impulsive younger one. They deliberately swapped their real-life personalities on screen — Vishnu Manchu is the calmer one off-screen, but he took the louder role to let his brother shine.
• During the shoot of 'Dynamite' (2015), the two brothers reportedly didn't speak to each other for three days after a disagreement over a fight sequence. They resolved it by re-shooting the scene exactly as Vishnu Manchu had originally suggested — and it became the film's most talked-about action bit.
• Vishnu Manchu once said in a 2015 interview: 'Working with my brother is like looking in a mirror that talks back. He knows exactly when to push me and when to pull back. No other co-star can do that.'
• The success of 'Vishnu' (2003) directly led to the production of 'Suryam' (2004) — the brothers greenlit the second film within a month of the first one's release, creating a mini-franchise of sibling-led action dramas that no other Telugu family has replicated since.
