• In 'Paisa Yeh Paisa' (1985), Kapoor played the weary father while Grover played the hot-headed son. Grover later admitted that Kapoor would deliberately slow down his dialogue delivery in their scenes together — forcing Grover to match his pace and actually listen, not just react.
• During the shoot of 'Badi Bahen' (1993), Kapoor was already in declining health. Grover would drive him home after every night shoot, even when their scenes were done. Kapoor’s family later said Grover was the only co-star who never sent a driver — he came himself.
