• They first met on the sets of Pilla Zamindar (2011). Vennela Kishore was already a known comedian, but Srinivas Avasarala was making his acting debut. Kishore later said he was surprised by how effortlessly Avasarala matched his comic timing in their first scene together.
• In Nannaku Prematho (2016), they played brothers for the first time. Avasarala later revealed that Kishore would deliberately flub his lines during rehearsals to make Avasarala laugh, forcing him to stay sharp and improvise on the spot.
