• Vennela Kishore and Vidyullekha Raman first shared screen space in Run Raja Run (2014) because the director, Sujeeth, specifically wanted a comedy pair that could bounce off each other without stepping on the hero's lines. He cast them together after seeing their individual improv reels.
• In Mathu Vadalara (2019), Vennela Kishore set the rhythm of their scenes by deliberately pausing mid-sentence, forcing Vidyullekha to fill the gap with her signature deadpan reactions. That push-and-pull became the film's most quoted comedy beat.
• Their chemistry in Anando Brahma (2017) directly inspired director Ritesh Rana to write a full-length horror-comedy script for them. That script never got made, but Rana later used the same tone for his next project, which launched a new comedy duo in Telugu.
