• They first met on the sets of Venkatadri Express (2013). Ramesh was already a known comedian, but Saptagiri was a newcomer. Director Merlapaka Gandhi paired them specifically because he wanted a 'clash of energy' — one loud and frantic, the other deadpan and slow.
• In Pyar Mein Padipoya (2014), Ramesh would set the pace with his rapid-fire dialogue delivery, and Saptagiri would deliberately pause for an extra beat before reacting. That timing gap became their signature — the audience laughed in the silence.
