• Shreyas Talpade was the one who pushed for Celia Jaitley to be cast in 'Golmaal Returns' (2008). He had just worked with her in a regional film and told director Rohit Shetty she'd nail the comic timing. Shetty took his word for it.
• In 'Paying Guests' (2009), Shreyas and Celina had to do a chaotic kitchen fight scene. Shreyas kept slipping on the flour, and Celina started improvising by throwing eggs at him without warning. The director kept the take because their real laughter made the scene funnier.
• During the shoot of 'Will You Marry Me?' (2012), Celina Jaitley was pregnant with her first child. Shreyas Talpade would bring her homemade Gujarati snacks every day because she craved them and the set catering didn't have any. They still text each other on Diwali.
• Shreyas Talpade said about Celina in a 2012 interview: 'She is the only co-star who has seen me cry on set. When my father passed away during 'Paying Guests', she sat with me for two hours without saying a word. That's the kind of person she is.'
• Their pairing in 'Golmaal Returns' (2008) was so well-received that Rohit Shetty wrote a bigger comic subplot for them in the sequel 'Golmaal 3' (2010). But Celina had already left Bollywood by then, so the role went to Kareena Kapoor instead.
