• Sohail Khan and Yash Tonk first met on the sets of 'Fight Club: Members Only' (2006) because director Soham Shah wanted a fresh face for the role of 'Ricky' — Yash was a theatre actor with zero film experience at the time. Sohail, who was also producing, personally vouched for him after a single audition.
• In 'Team - The Force' (2009), Sohail played the loud, impulsive cop while Yash played the quiet, methodical one. Yash later said in an interview that Sohail would deliberately go off-script during action scenes to force him to react in real time — making their banter feel genuinely unscripted.
