Kasam is a 2001 Indian Hindi-language action film directed by Shibu Mitra. It stars Sunny Deol, Naseeruddin Shah, Chunky Pandey, Neelam, and Sonu Walia. The story follows Shankar, a truck driver who vows to avenge his father's murder by the bandit Kala Daku. He teams up with a police inspector and a runaway convict to infiltrate a terrorized village. The film was produced by Manish Films and released on 12 October 2001. Critics panned the film for its formulaic plot and over-the-top action. It grossed ₹23 million at the Indian box office. The music was composed by Viju Shah with lyrics by Anand Bakshi.

Storyline

Shankar's father is killed by the cruel bandit Kala Daku. Swearing revenge, Shankar joins forces with a police inspector and a runaway convict. They disguise themselves as villagers to protect the people and take down Kala's gang. But when one of them is kidnapped, Shankar must fight alone to save his friend and fulfill his oath.
