Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya is a 1998 Indian Hindi-language romantic comedy film written and directed by Sohail Khan. The cast includes Dharmendra, Salman Khan, Kajol, and Arbaaz Khan. The story follows Muskaan, an orphan girl living under her overprotective brother Vishal's strict rules. She moves to Mumbai for studies and falls in love with Suraj, a carefree college student. Vishal disapproves of Suraj and brings Muskaan back to their village. Suraj follows her and takes a job as a stable boy to prove his worth. The film was a commercial hit, driven by its popular soundtrack featuring the song 'O O Jaane Jaana'. It received seven nominations at the 44th Filmfare Awards, winning the R. D. Burman Award for New Music Talent. The film released on 27 March 1998.

Storyline
Muskaan wants to study in Mumbai, but her brother Vishal is too protective. She meets Suraj, a lazy but kind-hearted student, and they fall in love. Vishal hates Suraj and takes Muskaan back to the village. Suraj must prove he is strong and worthy enough to marry her, while also saving her from a dangerous marriage trap.
