Storyline
Kashinath and Imli have been close since childhood, and their families expect them to marry. When a wealthy but sickly woman named Anjali enters his life, she becomes healthier and falls for him, defying her father's wishes for another match. Meanwhile, Imli reveals a life-threatening heart condition, forcing Kashinath to find money for her treatment while unaware of Anjali's feelings.
