Muqabla is a 1993 Hindi-language action drama film directed by T. Rama Rao. The lead cast includes Govinda, Aditya Pancholi, Karisma Kapoor, and Paresh Rawal. Set in a corrupt city where police stations refuse to help the poor, the film explores themes of justice, brotherhood, and rebellion. It is a remake of the 1992 Telugu film Police Brothers. Storyline

Two poor brothers Suraj and Deepak join the police force in a corrupt city. Suraj is an honest cop who arrests a rich killer. Deepak testifies in court to free the murderer. Their relationship shatters. When Deepak is killed by the criminal, Suraj leads a police mutiny to deliver his own brutal justice.
