Storyline

David Billa is a Sri Lankan refugee who escapes civil war and arrives in India with nothing. He enters the criminal underworld of Goa and rises through the ranks. But a powerful don and a trusted friend's betrayal threaten to destroy everything he built. Billa must fight to survive and claim his throne.
