The film stars Anjali in a dual role as twin sisters Geethanjali and Ushanjali, alongside Srinivasa Reddy, Brahmanandam, and Rao Ramesh. The story follows a struggling filmmaker who moves into a haunted apartment and discovers the ghost of a woman who was murdered. The film blends supernatural scares with slapstick comedy, anchored by Anjali's award-winning performance. Geethanjali won the Nandi Award for Best Actress and was remade in Kannada as Kathe Chitrakathe Nirdeshana Puttanna in 2016.
