Trivia

  • The film's title refers to the competitive dynamic between the two lawyer leads, not the countries.
  • Director N. Anand also wrote the story, which was his first film after a five-year gap.
  • Actress Nikesha Patel, who played Mellina, was a former Miss India finalist before entering films.
  • The movie's plot involving a missing DVD was a common comedic thriller device in mid-2010s Tamil cinema.
  • It was shot primarily in Chennai, with key scenes set in a single office building to emphasize the rivalry.
  • The film had a limited theatrical run and quickly moved to television and streaming platforms.
  • Composer S. Thaman, known for big-budget scores, provided the music for this smaller comedy.
