Maari is a 2015 Indian Tamil-language action crime comedy film directed by Balaji Mohan. It stars Dhanush as the titular rowdy and Kajal Aggarwal as Sridevi. Storyline
A loud, annoying rowdy named Maari rules a Chennai slum with his two dumb henchmen. He loves racing pigeons and extorts money from everyone. When a new police inspector tries to trap him using a woman, Maari fights back. But the inspector is more corrupt than Maari himself.
