Auto Raja is a 1982 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by K. Vijayan. The film stars Vijayakanth as Raja, an educated auto-rickshaw driver, alongside Jaishankar and Gayathri in lead roles. The story follows Raja's fight against a wealthy businessman who exploits poor drivers. The film is a remake of the 1980 Kannada film of the same name. It was released on 27 March 1982. The soundtrack features music by Shankar–Ganesh and one song by Ilaiyaraaja, which later became iconic. The film received positive reviews for its performances and emotional storytelling.

Storyline
