Kozhi Koovudhu is a 1982 Indian Tamil-language romantic musical film directed by Gangai Amaran in his directorial debut. The film stars Prabhu and Suresh in lead roles, with Silk Smitha in a supporting role. The story follows a jobless young man who falls in love with his niece and joins the Indian Army to earn a living and win her hand. The film explores themes of forbidden love, personal transformation, and sacrifice. The music was composed by Ilaiyaraaja and became highly popular. The film was produced by R.D. Bhaskar under Pavalar Creations and released in 1982.
