Thaai Mookaambikai is a 1982 Indian Tamil-language devotional film directed by K. Shankar. It stars K. R. Vijaya in four roles, alongside Sivakumar, Sujatha, Jaishankar, and Karthik. The story follows three siblings separated after their mother's death and their eventual reunion at the Kollur Mookambika temple. The goddess Mookambika takes human form to guide them. The film features music by Ilaiyaraaja, with the song 'Janani Janani' becoming a devotional classic. It was released on 9 July 1982.

Storyline
A lower-caste woman named Raakayi is killed after confronting a corrupt temple chief. Her three children are saved by a temple elephant and scattered across India. Years later, the goddess Mookambika takes human form to reunite them. Each sibling faces their own struggles, but divine intervention brings them back to the Kollur temple.
