Amara Kaaviyam(1981)
Amara Kaaviyam is a 1981 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by Amirtham. The film stars Sivaji Ganesan, Sripriya, and Madhavi in lead roles. It is a remake of the 1978 Hindi film Muqaddar Ka Sikandar. The story follows Raja, an orphan who rises from poverty to wealth while nursing an unrequited love for his childhood friend Aruna. The film explores themes of sacrifice, misunderstanding, and class divide. M. S. Viswanathan composed the soundtrack with lyrics by Kannadasan and Vaali. The film was released on April 24, 1981.

Storyline
