'Ninaithale Inikkum' is a 1979 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film directed by K. Balachander. It stars Kamal Haasan, Rajinikanth, Jaya Prada, and Geetha in lead roles. The story follows a music troupe traveling to Singapore, where the lead singer falls in love with a woman hiding a terminal illness and a dangerous secret. The screenplay was written by Sujatha based on his own story. The film was shot simultaneously in Telugu as 'Andamaina Anubhavam'. It is noted for its blend of lighthearted music and tragic romance. The soundtrack, composed by M. S. Viswanathan, became hugely popular. The film was released on 14 April 1979 and has since gained a cult following.

Storyline
Chandru, a popular singer, leads his band on a tour to Singapore. There he meets Sona, a woman who hides a diamond in his guitar. She falls in love with him but keeps a deadly secret: she has blood cancer and will die soon. Chandru must decide if love is worth the pain of losing her.
