Kalangalil Aval Vasantham(1976)
Kalangalil Aval Vasantham is a 1976 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by S. P. Muthuraman. It stars R. Muthuraman, Chandrakala, and Srividya in lead roles. The story follows two sisters, Raji and Kalpana, whose lives are disrupted when Raji loses her groom in an accident and becomes mentally unstable. Kalpana marries Ravi, but later asks him to marry her sister as a cure. The film was produced by S. Baskar with a screenplay by Panchu Arunachalam. It was shot in Ooty and at Modern Theatres. The music was composed by Vijaya Bhaskar. The film received mixed reviews but was praised for its performances, especially Srividya's. It was released on 13 April 1976.

Storyline
Two sisters live happily until the elder sister's groom dies on their wedding day. The shock drives her insane. Her younger sister marries a kind man, but when doctors say marriage is the only cure, she makes an impossible choice. She asks her own husband to marry her sister.
