Engamma Sabadham is a 1974 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by S. P. Muthuraman. It stars R. Muthuraman, Sivakumar, Jayachitra, and Vidhubala in lead roles. The story follows a mother who makes a vow to her dying husband to protect their children, and the challenges she faces from a vengeful landlord. The film was produced by S. Baskar and features music by Vijaya Bhaskar. It was released on 4 October 1974. The film was remade in Telugu as Ammayila Sapatham (1975) and in Kannada as Vasantha Lakshmi (1978). The core plot of the 1994 Tamil film Vanaja Girija also resembled this story.
