Kaadhalikka Neramillai is a 1964 Indian Tamil-language romantic comedy film produced and directed by C. V. Sridhar. The ensemble cast includes T. S. Balaiah, R. Muthuraman, Nagesh, Rajasree, Sachu, Ravichandran, and Kanchana, with the latter two making their acting debuts. The story follows Viswanathan, a wealthy estate owner who wants his daughters to marry rich men, but his plans are disrupted when his daughters fall in love with poor men. A comedy of errors ensues when a friend pretends to be a millionaire to win the father's approval. The film was one of the earliest Tamil films shot in Eastmancolor and was praised for its clean, intelligent humour. It was a major commercial success, running for over 175 days in theatres, and has since achieved cult status in Tamil cinema. The film was released on 27 February 1964.

Storyline
A poor estate worker named Ashok falls in love with Nirmala, the daughter of his rich, arrogant boss Viswanathan. To win Viswanathan's approval, Ashok asks his friend Vasu to pretend to be a millionaire. The lie spirals out of control when Vasu's real father arrives, leading to arrests, confessions, and a happy ending.
