Maine Pyar Kiya is a 1989 Indian Hindi-language romantic action film directed by Sooraj Barjatya in his debut. The story follows Prem, a wealthy city boy, who falls in love with Suman, the daughter of a poor mechanic, but faces opposition from his father due to class differences. Storyline
A poor mechanic leaves his daughter Suman with his wealthy friend Kishan. Kishan's son Prem befriends Suman and they fall in love. Kishan disapproves of the relationship due to class differences. Prem must prove his love by working hard and winning over both families.
