Soorma Bhopali is a 1988 Indian Hindi-language drama film directed by Jagdeep. The film stars Jagdeep in a dual role as Soorma Bhopali and Dilawar Khan Dilwala. Special appearances include Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra, Rekha, and Danny Denzongpa. The story follows a naive timber merchant from Bhopal who inherits a priceless necklace. He travels to Bombay after a stage dancer and loses the necklace to thieves. The film explores themes of trust, greed, and family betrayal. It is notable as a spin-off featuring a character from the classic film Sholay. The music was composed by Dilip Sen-Sameer Sen with lyrics by Asad Bhopali. The film was released on 1 July 1988.

Storyline
Soorma Bhopali owns a timber mart and trusts everyone. His mother gives him a priceless necklace for his future bride. A group of smugglers sends a dancer to trap him. Soorma follows her to Bombay and gets robbed. He must find the necklace and learn who to trust.
