Himmat Aur Mehanat is a 1987 Indian Hindi-language drama film directed by K. Bapaiah. It stars Jeetendra, Sridevi, and Shammi Kapoor in lead roles. The story follows Nurse Jyoti, who is hired by a wealthy man named Madanlal. She wins his trust but later faces false accusations of having an affair after marrying his son Vijay. The film explores themes of courage, effort, and family betrayal. It is a remake of the Telugu film Pachani Samsaram (1970). The music was composed by Bappi Lahiri. The film was produced by B. S. Storyline
