Storyline

A police inspector takes charge in a crime-ridden part of Bombay. He discovers a powerful gangster, Nagesh, protects criminals and has everyone afraid. The inspector learns only a mysterious man named Vishal dares to oppose Nagesh, whose sister's love for a commoner also sparks a violent family conflict.
