
Saroja(2008)
Saroja is a 2008 Indian Tamil-language comedy thriller film written and directed by Venkat Prabhu. It stars S. P. Charan, Shiva, Vaibhav, Premji, Jayaram, Prakash Raj, and Vega Tamotia as the title character. The story follows four friends whose road trip to Hyderabad takes a dangerous turn when they stumble upon a kidnapping gang in an abandoned factory. The film blends humor with suspense, using a Rube Goldberg machine as a key plot device. It was inspired by the 1993 American film Judgement Night. Saroja received positive reviews and was a commercial success at the box office. The soundtrack, composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, became popular, especially the friendship anthem "Dosth Bada Dosth". The film was released on 5 September 2008.

Storyline
