Pachaikili Muthucharam is a 2007 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon. It stars R. Sarathkumar, Jyothika, Andrea Jeremiah, and Milind Soman. The story follows Venkatesh, a married man whose life unravels after he meets a woman on a train. She and her partner con him through a fake robbery and rape, leading to blackmail and violence. The film is loosely based on James Siegel's novel Derailed. It received positive reviews for its realistic portrayal of urban vulnerability and strong performances. The censor board gave it an A certificate for adult themes. The film performed average at the box office.

Storyline
