
Thimiru(2006)
Thimiru (2006) is a Tamil-language action film directed by Tarun Gopi in his directorial debut. The film stars Vishal as Ganesh, a medical student, alongside Reema Sen, Sriya Reddy, and Vadivelu. The story follows Ganesh, who moves from Madurai to Chennai for his MBBS studies, only to be confronted by enemies from his past. A wealthy and arrogant moneylender named Easwari, played by Sriya Reddy, becomes obsessed with Ganesh and sets off a chain of violence. The film is notable for its strong female antagonist, tight action choreography, and a soundtrack composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. It was a major commercial success at the box office and was later remade in Kannada as Minchu. Thimiru was released on 4 August 2006.

Storyline
