
Ghajini(2005)
Ghajini is a 2005 Indian Tamil-language psychological action thriller film directed by A. R. Murugadoss. The film stars Suriya, Asin, Nayanthara, and Pradeep Rawat. It follows Sanjay Ramaswamy, a wealthy businessman who develops anterograde amnesia after a head injury and uses Polaroid photos and tattoos to track down the man who murdered his lover. The film was inspired by Christopher Nolan's Memento and the 1951 film Happy Go Lovely. It received critical acclaim for its screenplay, performances, and music by Harris Jayaraj. Ghajini won the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Film and was a major commercial success. It was later remade in Hindi in 2008 with Aamir Khan. The film was released on 29 September 2005.

Storyline
Sanjay Ramaswamy, a successful businessman, suffers from anterograde amnesia after a brutal attack. He cannot remember anything for more than 15 minutes. Using Polaroid photos and tattoos, he hunts down the man who killed his girlfriend Kalpana. But his memory keeps resetting, making every step a dangerous puzzle.
