Mutham (transl. Kiss) is a 2002 Indian Tamil-language slasher film directed by S. A. Chandrasekaran. The cast includes Arun Vijay, Sathyan, Nagendra Prasad, Ajayan, Charulatha, Nanditha Jennifer, and Anjali. The story follows a young couple who elope to a beach resort, where an old man warns them of danger. They ignore him, and their friends are murdered one by one. The killer is revealed to be the old man, seeking revenge for his granddaughter's death. The film was marketed as India's first digital film made for theatres, shot in forests across Tirupati, Hogenakkal Falls, Yelagiri hills, and Alappuzha. Critical reception was negative, with reviewers criticizing the plot and execution. The film was released on 6 December 2002.
