Dumm Dumm Dumm is a 2001 Indian Tamil-language romantic comedy film co-written and directed by Azhagam Perumal and produced by Mani Ratnam under Madras Talkies. The film stars R. Madhavan and Jyothika in lead roles, with Vivek, Manivannan, and Murali in supporting parts. The story follows two career-oriented young people pressured into an arranged marriage who fall in love, only to have their wedding cancelled after a violent quarrel between their families over a card game. The film features cinematography by Ramji, editing by Sreekar Prasad, and music composed by Karthik Raja. It opened on 13 April 2001 to positive reviews and became a commercial hit, winning several Cinema Express Awards including Best Music Director for Karthik Raja.

Storyline
Adhi is a fun-loving young lawyer who wants to stay single. Ganga is a brilliant student who dreams of studying engineering. Their families force them into an arranged marriage. They try to stop it but fall in love instead. Then a silly card game fight cancels their wedding. Now they must reunite their angry families to be together.
