• Vivek was actually cast in 'Mugavaree' (2000) as a supporting comedian, but director V. Z. Durai saw their test footage together and expanded Jyothika's scenes with him — turning their banter into the film's secret weapon.
• In 'Dhool' (2003), Vivek's rapid-fire one-liners forced Jyothika to break character mid-scene — she admitted in an interview that she'd laugh so hard they'd have to reshoot. He deliberately fed her punchlines to crack her composure.
