Captain Magal(1993)
Captain Magal is a 1993 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film directed by Bharathiraja. The film stars Raja as Kalyan Kumar and Khushbu as Kavitha. The story follows a musician who is shot during an assassination attempt on the Prime Minister. He recovers at his wife's hill station estate, Black Valley. The estate becomes the site of a terrorist plot to launch a missile attack. Kavitha must fight to protect her husband and stop the assassination. The film features a soundtrack by Hamsalekha with lyrics by Vairamuthu. The song 'Endha Pennilum Illadha' gained popularity. The film was released on 14 January 1993 for the Pongal festival. It was shot partly in Ooty with sets built for the windmill and farmhouse.

Storyline
