Palaivana Paravaigal(1990)
Palaivana Paravaigal (transl. Desert Birds) is a 1990 Indian Tamil-language crime film directed by Senthilnathan. The film stars Sarathkumar, Anandaraj, Udhayan, and Dharini. The story follows two hardened criminals on death row who decide to help their innocent cellmate reunite with his lost love before their execution. The movie is noted for being the first leading role for both Sarathkumar and Anandaraj, who had previously only played negative characters. It was released on 15 September 1990 and ran for over 100 days in theatres. The soundtrack was composed by Ilayagangai.

Storyline
Two heartless criminals, Mamu and Machi, are on death row. They share a cell with Raja, an innocent young man in love with Kaveri. Before they die, they decide to escape and help Raja find his love. Their journey is dangerous, but they are determined to do one good deed.
