Pelli Pustakam (transl. The Marriage Book) is a 1991 Telugu-language romantic comedy film directed by Bapu and produced by Mullapudi Venkata Ramana under Sri Rama Chitra. The film stars Rajendra Prasad as K. Krishna Murthy and Divyavani as Satyabhama, with supporting performances by Sindhuja, Gummadi, and Subhalekha Sudhakar. The story follows a newly married couple who hide their marriage to secure jobs at the same company, leading to a series of comedic and emotional complications involving a jealous boss's daughter and a predatory brother-in-law. The film won three Nandi Awards including Second Best Feature Film, and was screened in the Indian Panorama section at the International Film Festival of India. Music was composed by K. V. Mahadevan with lyrics by Arudra.

Storyline

Newlyweds KK and Bhama desperately need money for their families. When a wealthy businessman offers high salaries but only hires one person per family, they pretend to be single. KK must fend off the boss's daughter while Bhama fights off a lecherous relative. Their secret marriage hangs by a thread.
