Bejawada is a 2011 Indian Telugu-language action crime film directed by Vivek Krishna and produced by Ram Gopal Varma. The film stars Naga Chaitanya and Amala Paul in lead roles. It is based on the real Vijayawada gang warfare and caste politics of the 1980s and 1990s. The story follows Siva Krishna, a young man who enters a bloody revenge cycle after his brothers are killed by a rival gang leader. The film was shot in Vijayawada and Hyderabad. It received negative reviews and performed poorly at the box office. However, it later gained a cult following on television and OTT platforms for its raw depiction of gang violence. Amala Paul made her Telugu debut with this film and earned a SIIMA nomination for Best Female Debut.

Storyline
