Trivia
- The film was originally titled 'Om Shanti Om' but was shortened to avoid confusion with the 2007 Bollywood blockbuster of the same name.
- It was the third and final film pairing Navdeep and Kajal Aggarwal, following 'Lakshmi Kalyanam' and 'Chandamama'.
- Director Prakash Dantuluri also composed the film's background score, a dual role uncommon for Telugu directors at the time.
- The soundtrack, composed by Mickey J. Meyer, included a promotional song filmed in Bangkok to generate pre-release buzz.
- Despite the hype, the film had a very short theatrical run, reportedly pulled from many theaters within its first week.
- A key subplot involved the concept of reincarnation, a theme less common in mainstream Telugu romantic films of that era.
- Supporting actor Nikhil Siddharth's role was relatively small, coming just before his rise to lead actor status with 'Happy Days' in 2011.
